About Rouse Avenue Courts Complex

The Rouse Avenue Courts Complex, inaugurated in 2019 on Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Marg in central Delhi, is a dedicated complex for special-jurisdiction courts. All CBI special courts in Delhi were shifted here, along with the designated special courts that try criminal cases against sitting and former MPs and MLAs. The complex also hears Prevention of Corruption Act prosecutions, money-laundering matters under the PMLA and other economic-offence cases, which is why many of the country's most closely watched trials and bail hearings are listed at Rouse Avenue. The complex functions under the Delhi district judiciary, and appeals and revisions from its orders lie to the Delhi High Court.

Why Use India Case Status Instead of eCourts?

Rouse Avenue matters move quickly — chargesheets, supplementary chargesheets, bail hearings and day-to-day trial dates — and the official portal gives no notification when a matter is listed, adjourned or decided. Checking manually means re-entering the case details on every visit and scanning long daily cause lists for the right courtroom. India Case Status monitors your Rouse Avenue court matters continuously against the official record and alerts you and your team on WhatsApp and email when the status changes, a new date is posted or an order PDF is uploaded.
