About Saket Courts Complex
The Saket Courts Complex, operational since 2010, is a modern purpose-built judicial campus in South Delhi, located next to the Saket District Centre. It houses the District and Sessions Courts for two judgeships— the South district and the South-East district of Delhi— along with Family Courts, Motor Accident Claims Tribunals, commercial courts and a full complement of civil and criminal courts. Matters arising in areas such as Hauz Khas, Mehrauli, Defence Colony and Kalkaji are heard here. The complex was among the first in Delhi designed with consolidated facilities for litigants and lawyers, and appeals from Saket matters lie to the Delhi High Court.
